A couple shootouts highlight an interesting night. Doan does his best superman by coming back from injury to score the tying goal late, however not being used in the shootout is damaging to the Yotes. The Sharks post an impressive road win in Pittsburgh, Gormley registers a point in his losing debut while LA shows their team will be tough to beat come playoff time. http://www.ehechockey.com/EHEC.zip.

29:37 SJ Nicklas Lidström (5 min for attempt to injury)

-Jarome Iginla beat Nicklas Lidström in a fight.
-Greg Nemisz beat Nicklas Lidström in a fight.

Yeah, I think that's the least probable event so far this season. More so than that time I saw Lidstrom get into a fight in the playoffs in a sim ahead.

I guess I shouldn't complain about four points in road games against good teams on back-to-back nights, but I can't help but wonder if Auld would've won that game.

I think I'm going to name the Coyotes MVP award after Doan even though he's still active, since he'll just win it every year anyway. Except maybe last year.
