We're nearly 2/3 through the season and haven't done one of these in a while, so to get some more articles flowing on the site, I'm offering some mysterious incentives for any GM who writes one of the following two classes of articles:

1. A prospect ranking, with a brief write-up about your top 5-10 prospects.
2. A summary of your season to date, with special note of your 1-2 most surprisingly impressive and 1-2 most disappointingly underwhelming players.

Yeah, why not. We had some new GMs join since I announced it. Also, I don't have much more free time than usual, so procrastinating is great.

My grand plan was to give everyone a boost based on what they wrote - minor boost to draftees if you wrote about your prospects, and a minor boost to a roster player mentioned in the season recap. Justin vetoed the latter idea (you can thank him directly) so it's going to be a boost to late round picks. The exact nature of this boost will remain a mystery to everyone until I decide what it is.

Now this would be excellent. Or maybe boost one ceiling +10 and drop another -5, to balance out those awkward prospects who only have like two good ceilings and can't develop a whole lot in the AHL.

19 years after release, I'm still occasionally learning new things about EHM lol. Didn't know about endurance drops.

It changes in training camp (people arriving in good shape are higher than before, people in bad shape lower), but also usually increases slowly over the course of the season, if I remember right.

Also good news, I finally managed to transfer and register all the various OCXs and DLLs to run EHM and PS. That was pissing me off lol

Yes, they mean +/- 10 EN. Inevitably, the -10s go to over 30 players who recover 2-3 EN per season at most, whereas the +10s go to fully developed youngsters who drop back down within a month.

Kind of like this idea, not sure why prospects can't grow in general.

Alternative ideas;

- Midlife Crisis: Swap CON/POT values
- Paragon of Virtue: Give a -x to a player's greed value
- New Best Friend: Change Click #
- Fountain of Youth: Magically 1 year younger.
- Zura Janai, Katsura Da!: Give your player a name change.
- Not so Lonely Island: Attitude = 69 ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) *redeemable at any point in the coming regular season.

Boosts to stats/ceiling
- Martial Artist: Bonus X points/ceiling to fighting
- Man of the People: Boost to Leadership
- MilkMan: Boost the injury stat...whichever way its supposed to go to make you less injury prone, I'm not sure if its higher or lower, someone is going to have to figure this one out.
