Looked through the cap/DAL.txt file and biggest difference came from February 26th. That was the day the Galchenyuk/Scherbak trade went through and, since Galchenyuk was LTIR when the trade happened, I'm thinking I included his LTIR relief for Dallas even though it shouldn't've been factored in until the next game.

Anywho, I've updated for that day and now I've got them slightly over as well (though slightly less over than you have them). My numbers say their max is 58,616,284, yours say 58,532,857. Demoting anyone should do the trick for them either way.
