To Montreal Canadiens:
L Steve Bernier (58)
2015 OTT 1st round pick
To Ottawa Senators:
G Samu Perhonen (87)
I've got Hellberg who seems to be reasonably priced, capable, and locked up long-term so Perhonen was expendable. Would've liked to get a little more for him but I'll just have to try to convince him to tank this year so that the 1st ends up being a gooder. Now how do I talk to players?
Thanks for the deal fellow newcomer.

Re: Montreal - Ottawa
Deal.
Ottawa clearly got a weakness between the pipes. I had several options in front of me.
Signing Rinne through UFA process was my first intention but a misunderstanding of the rulebook made me stop making offers on him
So i could have signed Miller for a year and find my future starting goalie through the draft, or use that pick to get what i was looking for right now. After many and many pm exchanged with couple of GM, i finally chose that deal.
Thx Vik for the good talking, but i cant wish luck to a division rival.
