IMHO, they should run into regular season ONLY, but i'm still a newbie in da league

I'd rather not keep a running tally of players needing beginning-of-season suspensions, as there's already enough for me/us to do to keep things going. Plus, the these suspensions will mean additive discipline for any future suspensions for these players, per the rulebook. So, they do count. Sort of.
