Pittsburgh holds off a strong St. Louis rally in the third to take a commanding lead as the series moves to the Midwest for Game 3 Thursday night.

Late sim guys, apologies. Late night last night and super busy morning today.

Well that's a bit better...but not good enough....more tweaking needed...nice to hold off their PP and also get a PP goal of my own

That's because we have already tasted the toughness of PIT and to be frank, if you were in the East you woulda been gone 1st round. You had the luxury of playing 2 almost GM-less teams.

Every matchup in the East from the get-go was borderline finals material.

EHM is a very very bad animal isn't it? No need to be a hater. Just cause you might be on the wrong side it just means tat you have to strive to be that much better. And if Bern keeps coming out on top year after year in the East, then some ppl aren't very good at figuring him out if you have had a few season to try it. Marty St Louis is gonna pull a chapter out of Mark Messiers pages and guarantee a win. :D

But what the hell, lets do it. Blues WILL win next game.

MTL took PIT to 7 last year, and I think I've definitely figured out the Pens we beat them a lot in the regular season, just didn't have a chance to get there.

However, it's no secret PIT is by far hands down the most complete team in EHEC and have been for some time, and when they don't get any weaker (only stronger) it's even more difficult to beat them.

Well maybe if you guys would stop trading 90+ HI players to PIT.
Montreal Canadiens

Re: June 2, 2014

Post by Montreal Canadiens »

I personally haven't done that.

Or how about when you give PIT a Grade A goalie for nothing in return.

Committee's fault PIT is loaded with talent, nobody else's. Those trade's with JVR and Jensen were atrocious.

It's lines, it's trades, it's the committee, it's hay fever, it's the commissioner's vendetta at simming till you lose, it's global warming.

Stop crying already. It's always something.

Take it easy on Brad, he's still in a coma from the TB/MTL series. Give him some time to wake up.

Don't be mad that we already have the best tee times.

But in case you forgot who the Canucks were, maybe this'll jog your memory. Though you'll probably find some reason to blame it on something else.

Were they not two of the WORST trades in our history?

I wouldn't be surprised if VAN was PITs alter ego with the deals done there. Bern must have some serious dirt on this incompetent VAN GM that cares only about random regular season games with no meaning.

Keep trying Brad, someday, maybe somewhere, you might be relevant.

Don't feel so proud just because it take your season about 14 extra games to be a loser.

Love the comment about the VAN GM, imagine how all the Hab-nots fans feel about having a GM that can't get the job done?

I look forward to your new and compelling complaints about whatever new reason anything but you being the GM is the reason your club can't win the big game.

If only you were able to manage a decent team, and make some decent trades, and not have a complete shit hole team thanks to your own demise, maybe any argument you make about my team not winning a "big game" might make sense.

I guess on that logic, Justin is the reason TB lost in FOUR to PIT? I guess Adam is the reason CBJ lost to PIT? I guess Dan is the reason SJ lost to ANA? I guess Dave is the reason CAR lost four in a row after being up 3-0? etc.

I said from the start that I was blowing this team up, and making it the way I wanted. It won't happen in the first year, maybe not the second, but it'll come around.

Keep one thing in mind, no matter how much you try to demean me or my team, we still have as many Cup wins as you do.

No, that logic only applies to you.

I haven't seen a single one of them on here bitching, whining, and making excuses about why their teams lost.

That's you 24/7/365.

Ah, yes, and here's where you start spinning off to other topics.

Could you please share with me and the other GM's, the post I made where I said there didn't need to be changes?

I'm all for a no whining rule. Of course that means you wouldn't be around by the time the other changes would take effect.

You told me to stop "whining" since apparently it's whining to you to suggest rule changes/suggestions to better the league.

viewtopic.php?f=7&t=4340

Not sure you made a single post in that thread.

Good day. I'll go back to looking at my championship caliber team while you keep putting together a "strategy" to win in 5 years.
