Re: OTT - TB
As I told TB, this is pretty much an offer I could not refuse. Planned on riding Biggs into retirement, but damn, this offer was just too much to pass up. Thanks again TB. Best of luck with the push... team is pretty deadly.Tampa Bay GM wrote:To the Tampa Bay Lightning: Tyler Biggs (82)

Re: OTT - TB
Reasoning: Way to heavy on the left side, I really wanted to add another RW. Didn't know I was going to end up with Biggs again, I feel very lucky to have him back. While Ashton is a very similar player, Biggs is able to provide more of an immediate impact. He also possess a more complete defensive game, and can play C. Ashton will have the time in OTT to work on his skating, hopefully Biggs can keep his cool with his low PEN rating. The two 1st's were a high price to pay in making up the difference between the two, but Brett would not budge and the deadline was looming. Rolling the dice that Biggs is the missing piece that can help TB knock off the EHEC heavyweights in the SC playoffs.
Brett, you were a pleasure to deal with and congrats on the big haul for Biggs.
