This is what I wanted to do with the cap space I saved this year, make a great playoff push. This is the price to pay for a great rental player like Mike Cammalleri. I feel like it's something I need to do if I want another chance at a Stanley Cup final.
Sucks to lose a guy like Saveliev, but it might be worth it. Time will tell.
