Mitera falls under new "Tyler Myers Rule":
2.925M (2.975 base + 350k def spec - 400k SH, PL, ST, PE)
Jonathan, let me know if you still want to offer this to Mitera.
Stefaniszin would only take 1 yr deal.

Re: Anaheim contracts offers 2012
Awards have been determined in the Chris Campoli and Saku Koivu arbitrations.
Campoli
Terms: 3 yrs + TO
GM proposal: 3.5M per; comps: Coburn, Ranger
Agent proposal: 4.425M per; comps: Chara, Hedman
If we're looking at this contract as a short-term deal, Campoli would make a lot more money. All indications are that Campoli may endure some regression in the latter half of this 3-4 year deal. Campoli was blessed by the random ceiling generations of the file with some enormous defensive ceilings and if he were 6'2", he would be a monster of a defender. As it stands now, Campoli is still a very good player and definitely underpaid for his services. The GM recognizes that as well, offering a $500,000 per season raise.
Campoli's OF is definitely adequate, as are his intangible attributes. His LE hasn't had a chance to develop as of yet. With 33 points, Campoli held his own. Campoli lacks the CON that both of his agent's comparables possess, with a consistency that is 15-20 lower than both guys. His CON is also lower than that of both of his GM's comps. So, that's something to consider.
Ranger, who should have been receiving E5 bonuses all along, reached 6 of them this season and his adjusted salary will be 3.5M. It's hard to look at the Campoli comps from the agent and put him in the same breath as those players, similarly, he's better offensively than Ranger and Coburn. Given that this is a longer term deal and Campoli has regression on the horizon, I've made my determination.
I award Chris Campoli $3,850,000 for the next three seasons with a team option for a fourth year, under the assumption that if he is underpaid at the start and overpaid at the end, then it'll even out.
Koivu
Terms: 1 yr
GM proposal: 2M; comps: Madden, Selanne
Agent proposal: 3.375M; comps: Kariya, Hejduk, Sturm, Alfredsson
In this case, Koivu outscored all of the comps with 55 points, good for second on an Anaheim team that really struggled last season with injuries and ineffectiveness. Koivu has a lot of strong intangibles for a player of his age. He's at 80 in faceoffs, has a decent enough CON, and a spectacular LE at 87, one of the highest in the file. He still has a good amount of playmaking skill and has yet to show the signs of decline that Hejduk and Alfredsson are showing.
Koivu certainly played well enough to warrant a raise, even at age 37. He'll be 38 in November and may start to show some signs of decline this season. Even if he does, Koivu outscored players like Claude Giroux, Travis Zajac, Brad Boyes, among others. On a year-to-year basis, we'll revisit Koivu and his decline next season, but this past year, he did anything but decline.
I award Koivu a salary of $3,000,000 for the 2012-13 season.
Jonathan, you can accept/reject these arbitration awards.
