Re: April 1, 2012
The last Sunday of the 2011-12 season is in the books with no real surprises. The Islanders, Senators, Red Wings, and Panthers all find themselves in battles for lottery ping pong balls. Boston collects a point in a tough road test at MSG. da Hawks and Wild keep their equipment managers busy this evening following multiple scraps.
Pittsburgh appears to be ready for all comers as they attempt to defend their Eastern Conference crown. Anaheim looks to have buried the Oilers.

Re: April 1, 2012
Woot. First line awesomeness! Nice win, although at this point, I'm not sure there's much of a difference between 6th or 7th for me. (In that it's either PIT, BOS, or MTL in the first round; all difficult teams.)
Edmonton may have been buried tonight, but all those OT losses doomed them this season.

Yay for Mike "Damn Can He Throw A Hit If You're Unfortunate Enough To Be In His Path And Don't See Him Coming, Because If You Did You'd Have All The Time In The World To Avoid Him Because He Skates Like He's Got Two Broken Legs" Forney's strength finally developing.
Maybe with some more icetime he'll actually become more useful than Patrick Eaves, who I sorta regret trading.
