The standout game of the night was a bit of a shocker over in Florida, as the Panthers raced out to a 2-0 lead in the first 2:25, then another halfway through the period. Colorado got back into it in the second, making it 3-2 at 30:49.... only for JDLR to restore the two goal lead 23 seconds later. A bit of back and forth followed, as Slafkovsky made it 4-3 late in the second, Kupari scored Florida's 5th early in the third, and Clarke made it 5-4 barely a min later... but then the Panthers scored three unanswered goals in under a minute midway through the third, as the game finished 8-4.

Outshot 44-20 at home... well, that was godawful, but a point and Lucic being back is better than it could have been.
