Welcome to what is definitely my last regular season sim and potentially (though this is highly unlikely) my last sim of the 24-25 season, period.

Boston's surprise defeat of the Sens, along with San Jose's expected win over Arizona, may have put an end Ottawa's hopes of getting the President's Trophy (I believe they would have the tie-breaker on both Detroit and Colorado, but they're now behind both Detroit and San Jose with one game left for each), while Tampa's tie with Carolina cements them in second.
The Sharks are back ahead of Colorado now, as the West's top three are at 110, 109, and 108, each with a game left (in case it matters, Colorado has the tie-breaker on Detroit)

Minnesota crushed the Sabres and jump, at least temporarily, into 6th, though Dallas has a game left. Chicago is now locked into 8th (Dallas has the tie-breaker).
Meanwhile, the Kings win over Anaheim, combined with Nashville's loss to St. Louis, leaves the two teams tied with 94pts and 43wins, but Nashville's 4 overtime losses give them the edge - which means the games didn't actually matter for who got home ice for round one (though an LA loss could have allowed Dallas to move into 5th).

Washington beating Florida ensures that the two teams finished 14th and 15th in the east respectively, the Devils lost to the Rangers and remain 1 point back of the Islanders for 7th, and the Leafs locked up home ice in the first round by beating Montreal (who may be their opponent, though a Pittsburgh win tomorrow will see them against the Leafs)
