Re: October 15, 2010
Disaster strikes Hollywood as the Boogeyman takes out Norris candidate Drew Doughty for 5 months, the Pens blitz the GM-less Islanders while Montreal steals one in Buffalo. http://www.ehechockey.com/EHEC.zip includes Columbus drinking to a win against the Hawks and Lupul powering the Ducks over Atlanta.
Re: October 15, 2010
Figures, another SO loss. Very frustrating when I have some guns on this team, but they don't produce. The PP needs to wake the F up as well. These 1-for-6, 1-for-7 games are pissing me off.
Re: October 15, 2010
Nice!
Shutout from Niittymaki in his Penguin debut and another dominant performance from my 1st line.

Can't beat LA for the life of me, as it seems they're the class of the West..thanks Schneider..
At least Boogey did his job in his first game of the year, that fourth line is scary tough.

Re: October 15, 2010
Well, after a horrid effort last game against Detroit, the fourth line actually does something. Nice road win, too!
Re: October 15, 2010
What do you mean steals one from Buffalo? We outshot them For real this time. Nice job by Carey Price, but my top line is non existent once again. Atleast the Artyukhin-Pacioretty duo was there tonight.
Top 6:
Ryan, Demitra, Latendresse, Gagner, Kostitsyn, Plekanec = 1 goal, 4 assists, 5 points.
Bottom 6:
Artyukhin, Pacioretty, Lapierre, Goc, Chipchura, Bernier = 7 goals, 9 assists, 16 points.

Niemi's .850 save percentage in this game is actually better than his season average, so at least he is trending upward
