No injuries today, but a brawl broke out between Nashville and Detroit shortly after the Preds tied things at three. The Wings took the brawl 4-1, with Lindell, Konecny, Stjernborg, and Matier winning their bouts, while Hlavaj won the goalie fight over Whitehead. Long-time former Wing Taylor Beck joined William Wallinder as the brawl's non-combatants.

Meanwhile, Flyers fans were horrified to learn that their team has added hated rivals Claude Lemieux and Darius Kasparaitis behind the bench as assistant coaches, while Matthew Barnaby is their newest physio :p
