Fair, but the issue here is you can't get LTIR for players on the farm.
Since you went over the cap for a game you need to be under 60M for enough games to compensate, which means you'll need to send down probably two of Leonard/Mateychuk/Stutzle for a couple of games. Then I guess you can bring up Bokk and use his LTIR, although the rules are somewhat fuzzy on this.
