ELCs and PO/TOs
I know this won't matter for 3 years, but I don't think options are allowed for entry-level contracts in the NHL. As far as I know players never reject POs in EHM, so if we allow them that's basically making all entry-level contracts 5 years long for any GM who's aware of this. I think they should just be banned altogether, otherwise you could have 23-24 year olds still playing for 400k on their first contract.

Re: ELCs and PO/TOs
We will be instituting this policy for next year's draft class. There are several people who have already signed prospects and picks with them, so it would be unfair to change it now while others have already taken advantage.
