The Jackets and Flyers are swept into the dustbin by Montreal and Tampa Bay, although the Flyers at least made a game of it before collapsing in the third and then overtime. Meanwhile, the Devils tie up their series emphatically but lose Ryan Murray for a month thanks to a dirty hit from Dustin Penner (2 games), while the extra practices in Florida get the Panthers to overtime only to fall victim to First Shot Syndrome.

The Jackets probably shouldn't've been so focused on evening the score with Brendan Warren for the Lindell injury.

Alex Ovechkin - 3 goals and 1 assist
And EHM thinks Pickard was the 1st star.
Glad to see my luck against CBJ didn't extend into the playoffs - think I've only beat Columbus once in the regular season since I fostered them.
