I conveniently checked results on days where I had no injuries or messages regarding cap 
.
I would think Hamuis' injury would resolve the issue, but in anycase I took another look, demoted some guys for more AHL time and such. By my calculations:
Cap Allowance:
$59,977,718 + $4,200,000 LTIR = $64,177,718
Today's Cap:
$62,968,000 (480k of it is from buried contracts)
