Hayes needs icetime NOW to reach his offensive potential, which I don't have. I definitely don't have any room on my pro roster for that. Even though he gets a lot of IT, there's no guarantee he will develop anyway because of his consistency. But he could develop well of course and could be then a great addition by the end. Bottomline, a early 4th rounder looks fine for me, so I might be able to pick a bottom 6 forward who's gonna fit in a better way.

My offense is somewhat lacking in depth. Hayes is an interesting addition as he will get the needed time to develop in Dallas and hopefully live up to his potential (cellings) and become a solid two-way winger like Jankowski or Kurker are. Later pick is a reasonable price to pay. Thank you Marty.
