For the past 2 days I've not been able to download the updated version of the game file.
It keeps opening Feb 18th.
Anyone ever had that problem?

Obvious questions, but:
...are you saving the file to the same place you always have?
...are you just over-writing the old file? Maybe if you delete that and d/l the new one?

Right click on the EHM shortcut on your desktop. Select 'Properties'. In the compatibility mode section, select Windows 2000. Try it then.
If that doesn't work, try to right click on the EHM shortcut. Select 'Run as Administrator'.
One of those two should work. I don't think it's an issue with updating the file. If that's worked for you all along, and you didn't accidentally just put the EHEC folder within the EHEC folder instead of overwriting the individual files, then I'm thinking one of the two solutions above will do the trick.
