To SJ: Jaden Schwartz (81)
To TB: 2nd STL '12, lower of PIT/SJ '12*
* or in other words, TB gets PIT '12, and SJ gets the option to swap it for SJ '12 when the season is over, regardless of who owns the pick at that point. How's that for a funny option?
Nothing more than a trade for value. I'm gambling that Schwartz will be better than what's likely to be a mid 2nd from STL (maybe) and that one of PIT/SJ '12 will be in the 55-60 range (seems like a safer bet). At any rate a 79 off, 81 con forward is a reasonable mid 2nd acquisition even if he's soft as a pillow and not great on faceoffs.

Accepted.
Reasoning: While Schwartz possesses dynamic playmaking abilities, he also has the temperament of a 4 year old. His atrocious PEN rating was a real issue in my fastim whenever he was in a top 6 role, with the EHEC salary structure he'll make to much to be in a bottom 6 role on TB. I don't expect to get a player of his talent level with the picks, but getting 2 2nd's will either help replenish my depth or be used to move up in the 1st round.

Deal is approved, pending the resolution of one key issue. Between the two clubs both picks subject to the stipulation must remain in the possession of either SJ or TB. Moving either pick out of the control of the Sharks or Lightning imposes a condition on a party not privy to the current transaction. Another option is to choose the pick that Tampa Bay will receive without a condition in a revised deal.

Meh, I don't mind keeping the pick and it's mildly advantageous so let's do that.

Inputted.
Traded 2nd STL '12 and 2nd PIT'12 to Tampa Bay for the time being. Final disposition of deal to be determined at the end of the season.

The PIT 2nd should be mine...
Also duly noted that Justin totally ignored the instruction not to trade the pick again

PIT 2nd is yours. I just haven't uploaded the file yet since I edited it.
I just expect Justin to follow any restrictions related to trading. Like asking a nympho not to fuck on the first date. Just can't expect miracles.
