The Caps can only get one point in New Jersey as Kovalchuk continues to do it all, we also have a casualty for Phoenix as the playoffs draw closer. http://www.ehechockey.com/EHEC.zip.

Guess I perhaps shouldn't have gone with Price.........didn't expect at all to win that one, was hoping for maybe a tie or something. On to Minnesota next.

Wow, instead of fading down the stretch this year, the team is really stepping up. I wonder what the record is for shortest time scoring a hat trick. Staal potted three in only 2:34! Wow. That Connolly-Staal-Doan line is really tearing it up, too. That'll teach Mikkel Boedker to be the best shooter on the team and still be unable to score 20 goals this season. Loser.

And oh my God no, not Matthew Lombardi. I've been looking for an excuse to scratch that floater all season, but he hasn't been quite bad enough. Having George of the Jungle beat the living piss out of Alex Edler is more than worth the injury to a guy I'm starting to really wish I hadn't signed to that goddamn lifetime contract... might be time to call up Joey Joe Joe Basaraba and see what he's got. That boy has got some skills, plus he'll fuck you up if you drop the gloves. Now that's my kind of player.

I almost regret that trade because I love Kyle Turris so much. Any chance you'd want to trade him back to me? :D

Damn, Parker, how many hat tricks has your team had this year?

I know eh? :D

I haven't been counting but it does seem like a lot. It's because my players (other than Doan) are so fucking inconsistent... I think Staal went the previous nine games without scoring a goal before the last two games, where he's scored four goals. The last goal he scored before that was when he had two against Columbus. Hehe.

Doan has had four hat tricks himself since EHEC started up.
