During that period, guys that would be considered to be waiver eligible will automatically be placed on waivers. Only after that time will you need to post about waiver eligible guys being sent down.

It wasn't "buried in the waiver wire"... it was like a 5-reply-thread posted on Sept 30th in the League Memos.

I'm sorry, you're right. That Sept. 30th post was pretty clear and I simply missed it.
