Eastside's Hockey Elite Collide

Guys, I know that some of you do not seem to care much about your AHL team, but, these are important for those that do.

Here's what I want. You will put together a list of 23 guys for the AHL playoffs sim file. These will need to be done by next Tuesday at 10 pm EST. Only guys on this list will be eligible for the postseason. The injury exemptions will only be able to come from guys who are on your AHL roster at the time of your Clear Day list. So you will not be able to fill injuries with guys who are done in the NHL playoffs.

You need a minimum of 2 goaltenders, 12 forwards, and 6 defensemen. The other 3 guys are up to you.

Only players who are eligible for the AHL by the rules can be on your Clear Day list. That would mean, must be under 25 or have a two-way, cannot make more than 1.2M, and no more than 3 underage players on your team.

THIS WILL SERVE AS AN ACTIVITY CHECK so EVERYBODY needs to submit one of these lists, even if your AHL affiliate has no chance at the playoffs. Those who do not oblige will be placed under probation and will be monitored very, very closely. Even if we do not have any applicants at the time, we have no issue with league controlling teams. I have not had any activity checks to this point, so I think this is well within reason.

Not to mention, it honestly doesn't take that much time to list 23 players who are eligible. Really not that hard. Plus, you have 5 days to do it.

As long as the guy is on your Clear Day roster, he can play whenever. Basically, what I'm saying is this. Guys who do not appear on your Clear Day roster cannot be injury replacements if the are in the NHL currently. Even if they are eligible, if they are not on the CD list, you have to choose a replacement from your current AHL roster.

If you have AHL eligible guys playing in the NHL and you want to use them in the AHL playoffs if/when you get knocked out of the NHL playoffs, then put them on the Clear Day and they can. But, if eligible guys do not appear on the CD list, and they are NHL players, they will not be permitted to play.
