Having trouble generating a usable zip file again. So will try on my other computer tomorrow and load it then. Sorry for any inconvenience.

If you're repeatedly having issues like this, try using FreeArc to zip a file, or to create a RAR archive.
It's easy, fast and always reliable.

Thanks. I'm going to try a couple different things this weekend, see what works. The "in house" zip in Windows 10 gives a corrupt file, WinZip didn't work, and even 7-Zip didn't work (after working a couple of times).
Btw, the file is now up and available for download.

Joe Basaraba and Sergei Barbashev were both demoted without being waived. Because it's a new GM in WPG (and Barbashev is currently involved in a trade), figured I'd post it here before posting that they're on waivers in case it was simply a mistake made by the new guy.

Little confused on this one as each guy is 24 years old... do we have to post on waivers to demote for guys that are waiver exempt?
Below taken from rulebook.
A. Waiver exemptions
Players 24 or under at the time of their demotion.

Ah, that'll be the issue. The rulebook linked to at the top of the forums seems to have an error there. See
here. It's actually under 24, not 24 and under.

Couple more things from this sim...
Los Angeles needs a callup.
Winnipeg's at 55 contracts (based on pending trades, that could be 54).

Posted a response... but it seems to have disappeared.
Thank you for the clarity.
Please treat Barbashev and Basaraba as still on the pro roster, not demoted or on waivers.
Posting some releases and demotions right now to be in roster and contract compliance.
