I'd have to say Given To Fly by Pearl Jam.

2. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XGK84Poeynk
3. Something that combines chicken marsala and pizza. hey, there's a thing to try.
4. The Big Lebowski, Annie Hall and Superbad

1. Who is the best athlete you have played against in any sport?

I've never played against myself. Bwa ha ha. Seriously, I don't think I've ever played against anyone who amounted to anything. I've never played organized hockey and not many Canadians ever make it far in professional baseball.

2. What would be the theme song of your life?

I have one already: the song from that Starbucks commercial where Survivor covers their song "Eye of the Tiger" with new lyrics (GLEN! Glen Glen Glen! Glen Glen Glen! Glen Glen Glen! Glen's the man, he's going to work... got his tie, got ambition...) etc. You know the one.

3. You're on death row. What's your request for your final meal?

There's this restaurant in Calgary called Murrieta's that serves the most amazing roast duck I've ever tasted. Peanut butter chocolate cheesecake for dessert.

4. If you had to speak in quotes from three movies, what three movies would you pick?

Reservoir Dogs, Office Space, National Lampoon's Loaded Weapon 1

5. What is the best all-time video game system and game for that system?

If PC's count, then I'd go with that and either Bard's Tale 3: The Thief of Fate, or Wizardry: Crusaders of the Dark Savant. If only consoles count, then it's a toss-up between Sega Genesis with NHLPA Hockey 93, or Super Nintendo with Final Fantasy 4 (FF2 in North America.)

Holy shit, I forgot about that game. Its awesomeness is LEGENDARY. I used to drive my buddies crazy yelling out "THURMINATOR!" whenever Thurman Thomas scored a TD (he once scored 117 in a single season so I got to yell it a lot.) And when I controlled the Bills, they didn't lose four straight Super Bowls. :D

Re: Starbucks commercial

Yeah, that's the stuff. I love how the drummer gets towed around on a rolling platform, that's priceless.

Love that game. Running over people with Bo Jackson and Craig Heyward.

1. Who is the best athlete you have played against in any sport?
No idea. I played against the 2007 Dover Bay Dolphins in Senior Boys basketball (BC High School Provincial champs for that year), but I have no idea if anyone amounted to anything special. I know nobody on my team did. :D

2. What would be the theme song of your life?
Billie Jean - Michael Jackson

3. You're on death row. What's your request for your final meal?
All-you-can-eat sushi from a place in Vancouver (forgot the name) w/ a 12 of Sleeman Honey Brown Lager

4. If you had to speak in quotes from three movies, what three movies would you pick?
Predator (just so I can say GET TO THE CHOPPA)
Star Wars: Empire Strikes Back
The Hangover

5. What is the best all-time video game system and game for that system?
XBox/Halo: Combat Evolved or N64/Goldeneye (too young to appreciate the SNES stuff)

1. Who is the best athlete you have played against in any sport? Don't think I've played against anyone who's ever done anything either. But right now I play some recreational badminton (don't laugh -- we play hard) with a couple of Euros who've been playing for decades. They hardly break a sweat and kick serious ass.

2. What would be the theme song of your life? Dunno. Depends on my mood. Mostly a soundtrack: for everyday, "Films" by Gary Numan or "Ambitious" by Wire. When I'm feeling cranky and misanthropic, something groovy like "I Am Abomination" by Exodus.

3. You're on death row. What's your request for your final meal? One I make myself: steak, steamed and sauteed asparagus, baked potato; followed by a chocolate pudding cake with homemade whipped cream. Draft Sam Adams or something local along with.

4. If you had to speak in quotes from three movies, what three movies would you pick?
Slap Shot ("Dave's a killer!" "Dave's a mess.")
Stripes ("And then depression set in")
After Hours (too many to remember)

5. What is the best all-time video game system and game for that system? Wayne Gretzky Hockey for the pc.

I resent that comment.

1. Travis Zajac, David Jones, Brandon Yip, Jamie Benn (roomed with him for the Island team back in the day), Angelo Esposito, Colton Gillies, pretty much anyone that came from western Canada and was born within 1985 to 1990, including Lee Stone ;)
2. I don't know, so I'll just pick my favorite song. AC/DC - Thunderstruck
3. Hamburger Helper
4. Fast and Furious series, Bourne series, I Love You Man
5. PS2 - James Bond, Nightfire

1. Who is the best athlete you have played against in any sport?
Not a friggin' clue, but there was one guy in a roller league I used to be a part of that had something like 75 points in 8 games, if that counts for anything. The guy 2nd in scoring only had somewhere between 25-30.

2. What would be the theme song of your life?
I have no idea, I don't listen to music as much as I used to.

3. You're on death row. What's your request for your final meal?
Nothing fancy, but I'd probably get a medium pizza from a local place called Mark's Pizzeria, cheesy bread from Little Caesar's, some of my grandma's lasagna, a gallon of chocolate milk, and a bottle of Code Red Dew. If I'm dying, I'm loading up 8-)

4. If you had to speak in quotes from three movies, what three movies would you pick?
Full Metal Jacket
Slapshot
Major League

5. What is the best all-time video game system and game for that system?
Probably a tie between the NES w/ Tecmo Super Bowl and the PS2 w/ Metal Gear Solid for the PS1. (Hey, the PS2 is backwards compatible, I'm counting it.)

Love Ice Hockey. Used to purposely tie my buddies so we could play shootouts.

I don't remember the soccer game. I know I had Tecmo Cup Soccer and World Cup. World Cup was awesome because you could hit guys and if you hit them enough, they just laid there unconscious.

Holy hell I can't believe I forgot ice cream! To be precise, it would be slightly melted (Frosty-esque) of the cookies & cream variety.
