Calgary (20) and Dallas (21) are still below roster minimum.
St. Louis is still at 51 contracts.
Pittsburgh is still over the cap (at 71,925,000; need to be 70,329,546).

Probably in some part due to yesterday's savefile being up so late.

Also, Vladimir Mihalik (waiver eligible) was demoted but it appears that was done by Justin to get Pittsburgh to 23 skaters so should probably give them a chance to bring him back up before considering him to be on waivers.
