EHM Version and New Computer

So, a nice confluence of two things:
First, I'm getting a new laptop in a week, and will need to load all my files, programs, and whatnot onto it. System will be Windows 10. Anyone using that now? Any problems loading/running EHM freeware on it?
Second, the place where I'd go to get all the files, fhockey.com, has been shuttered. There's a link to a new site where all the old downloads are supposed to exist, but I haven't found them yet. Guess I'll have to register and poke around to find out.

Borrowing my folks' laptop because mine's on the brink and waiting for a new one to arrive and EHM works fine on it with Windows 10. Annoying to set everything up again but it'll work.
You can still find the downloads on fhockey.

I recently put a gaming rig together with windows 10 and I got playerscout to work for like the first time in like 5 years.

Only thing I haven't got around to is getting the right EHM files for pictures, team names/locations, etc.

Hey guys, I've a Run time error 76 "Path not found" when I want to save a game.
How to fix this?
And how do you install a dll file on Windows 10?

This video is 10 years old.
I used it two years ago when I started in this league to get player scout working. Worked like a charm. You asked how to install a DLL file, thats how you do it.

I managed to save a game but I have no clue where the game file is (It's not in the usual EHM/saves folder as it's supposed to be).
I don't know what the problem is.
ANY help would be welcomed.

FIXED!!
All I needed to do is to run the program as an administrator.
Still I didn't manage to install the MSxxxxxxx.dll file on my laptop running W10...

I installed the MSxxxxxxx.dll file on both my laptop and my PC using that exact youtube video, both running Windows 10.

I've a compatibility issue because I run a 64-bits version of W10, so what the video says does not work...

If you watch the video, they show you the web site you need in order to find the .dll file (assuming you know which .dll file you need) and which directories to take in order to place the .dll file onto your computer. Do you even know what .dll file you are looking for?
You might not be able to use player scout with windows 10 without following that youtube video.

I did everything the video is saying. BUT, at the end, a window pops up telling there's a compatibilty issue because I run a 64-bit version of W10 (The video is for the 32-bits version).
So I'm still missing the msstdfmt.dll file

I don't have msstdfmt.dll and don't get any errors or warnings about missing it.

It's required only to use Player Scout.

I've video, I downloaded what I need from ***.dll ... and copy to windows/system ... But next step with run and instal I cant make, I have any problem with compatibility

oooo, I must find msstdfmt.dll not for 32bit but for 64bit... but on dll-filles.com is only for 32bit not 64bit... this is mistake for me

Thats wierd, nothing I did would make it work without the .dll file
