It's Christmas break time. No games until Saturday. I hope all of you and your families and friends have an enjoyable holiday, wherever you are and however you observe it (or don't). Stay safe, have fun, and give your teams a rest (ie, no extra practices...)

Wish I could. This will be a Christmas to endure rather than celebrate

Thanks. I guess I never elaborated on what happened when I was away. My stepmom was hit by a train. It's been a pretty shitty few weeks, we were close. I wish Christmas would just disappear to be honest

Sheeet, that sucks. Way worse than Luongo's sv%.

Christmas in the southern hemisphere is just weird.

In Perth. Today it was a chilly 25 degrees. Next week will be a high of 38-40 every day.

Have a good time, y'all.

Except for Vik. I wish you nothing but EHEC wins and injuries to your prospects.
And Bern, that glow-stick waiving, Vicks smelling, acid popping douche can suck a big fat one.

I've been spending at least an hour every day shoveling snow. My reward has been that I get to skate on the ice underneath the snow when it's done though so it's worth it.
