How did Tuohimaa end up back with Ottawa? They're over the contract limit as a result but the last post I see about him is the release.

I guess there was an amicable agreement to undo his buyout due to a recent rule change, but if that's the case, I need to know about it... Pat?

There was; sorry I neglected to post it. I gave Marty the benefit of there not being an explicit rule at the time, after I said "no" to his UFA offer.
