An offer sheet has been tendered to Le Sieur. (bid received at 3:20pm)

Offer sheets can now be sent in for Le Sieur for the next 3 days from the time of this posting. At that point, the owning GM (NYR) can match or decline the highest offer sheet. As per the rulebook, the highest total salary (cash x years) will be the highest bid. Compensation, if any, will be determined at that time.

My mis-read of the rules: we've actually handled offer sheets the way we do the UFA process, with an 18-hour window. The "3 days to send offer sheets" is confusing wording, and seems to me that you can ONLY send offer sheets for those three days. Odd.

So, having said that, the Rangers decline to match the offer for Le Sieur.
