Just wondering if we are doing resigning before or after draft. If we've figured out all the rule changes for next year already.
Last year's Excel tool was amazing.

Tim's google doc was deleted; I think I backed it up somewhere...
It was no longer giving accurate contract numbers since tweaks were made to the salary system. In addition, I believe the league has announced more tweaks to the salary system this off-season.
I am sure the announcements will be made with enough time to make decisions re UFA.
