Nashville is both under the roster minimum (21) and over the cap (64,243,333).

One of the many fly-by-night Stars GM's we had drafted RYAN PULOCK (over Barkov, Jones, MacKinnon...) 1st overall in 2013. I felt so bad, especially since Dallas had already been managed so poorly. This was like the ultimate fatality...it would be impossible to recover.

But somehow, two seasons later they are contending for a ticket to the big dance. How can I not root for them?

Actually, they're not over the cap. Missed Despres' 50/50. So just under the roster minimum.
