ANA, DET, FLA, MIN, NAS, PIT, and WSH all had call-ups to meet the pro roster minimum.
PIT fast-signed Seth Helgeson to the farm.

No shootouts, no suspensions!

Crosby and Gaborik keep scoring, and TB comes back in the third to down BOS, 4-3;
A Heatley hattie and four goals in the third for DET equals a 6-2 drubbing of BUF;
Two goals for Jim Slater and a 7-1 drowning for NYR over NYI;
JvR with a hat trick of his own, and a 4-1 cruise for PIT against MIN;
Mikko Koivu scores late to give CAR a 4-3 win over COL;
Three goals in nine minutes in the third, and STL overcomes EDM and rookie Nedeljkovic, 5-3;
Not to be outdone, it's three goals in 69 seconds for VAN in the third, and they win over NAS, 5-3;
Hot shot Colby Robak sneaks one in late to give FLA a 4-3 victory over WPG;
A strong three-goal second period is enough to put OTT over the top against DAL, 4-2;
A three-goals-in-four-minutes outburst in the second is all SJ needs to take it from ARZ, 3-0.

No WJC games tonight; semi-finals are tomorrow, and finals will be done this weekend. All players making over 1.5M and not on ELC contracts will need to be gone from farm teams after the WJC tournament ends.

Detroit (Chris Neil), Florida (Brandon Archibald), Nashville (Nikita Zadorov), and Pittsburgh (Scott Hartnell) were all fine, only appeared under due to suspensions.

Vladimir Mihalik and Rocco Grimaldi buyouts were missed (so I guess Nashville would've needed a call up if Grimaldi was released).

As a result of the promotions, Florida and Nashville are over the cap. If Grimaldi is released and Horansky gets sent back down, they'll both be fine.
Arizona is also over the cap (64,086,250). They're also at 23 skaters so they can just demote someone to get back under.

And Chris Phillips is down to a 70 POT.

Best game of the season, shutting out Arizona on the road? I think so. Bernier owes me a few more games like that before the end of the season.

So they were indeed. None of the callups played anyway...my mind has been a million places lately.
