I was looking for a young offensive d-man since i trade Ceci and there's not a lot on the market. Now i get a young and cheap defenseman that can bring some offense and give me depth down the road. I really like Engvall, but i know that was the prize to pay to get Thrower.

I wasn't shopping Thrower, but he isn't my cup of tea.

Engvall is going to be a good depth two way forward* for me. Useful hitting, solid all around play, mildly questionable consistency...he isn't perfect. I like him more than Thrower though so this is a no-brainer for me.
