Busy night with ten games. Let's....get....started:
Gibson just outduels Perhonen as the Isles win it in a shootout over the Sens; New Jersey rips three goals early and cruises to a 3-1 win at Pittsburgh; Washington holds the Nucks to 11 shots and no goals; Carolina squeezes past the Predators despite Raffi Torres getting his first of the season; Only one goal and one penalty at Buffalo tonight...unfortunately for the Lightning, they had the penalty; Toronto doubles up Dallas, 4-2; Pesky affair in Detroit as the Wings hold on to beat the Panthers 5-3; Shane Doan pots two and the Coyotes sweep the home-and-home with Calgary; Philly takes it in a shootout despite the Sharks getting first goals from Ottosson and Ballard; possible Cup matchup in LA as the Kings break open a tight game with three goals in the final 15 to top the Bruins 3-1.
No suspensions. And four of my "Cup top five" from earlier today, they lost. I'll shut up now guys, sorry.
