Nashville and the Islanders still under the roster minimum.
I have 22 players on my NHL roster and I am well below the cap. There is no problem with my team

Injured players don't count toward the 22 player minimum so right now you're at 20.

Vik is right, but both the injuries are 2W+. You get cap relief for both, so you just have to recall 2 players from Milwaukee.
