EHM usually sends them straight to the farm. I put them there unless otherwise specified.

Only guys that go to ARB. are goalies (all of them) and players' whose rights have been acquired (Pending UFAs).
Logan Shaw(RFA) doesn't need ARB. You can sign him to what the calculator says.
Following the new rule if he's ending an ELC.

A determination has been made in the Matt Smaby rights trade arb:
...the team made two offers, neither of which hit the 90% threshold for the value determined by the arbitrator.
Smaby will become a free agent.
