Two more suspensions tonight:

WSH: Phil Di Giuseppe: 2 games (M. Weber 1M)
ANA: Trent Hunter: 2 games (Byron 1M)

Pekka Rinne stops Jarome Iginla for the first time all game in the shootout to propel the Jackets to a 4-3 skills competition victory. The Habs aren't bothered at all by the suspensions as they dominate the Panthers in Sunrise. The Sharks get a measure of revenge on the scoreboard with a 5-3 triumph, but lose Blaine Byron for most of January. The Sabres and Caps put everybody to sleep for 65 minutes before the Sabres outlast the Caps 2-1 in breakaways. Todd Fedoruk scores a game-winning goal, likely adding a new low point to the Rangers season.

Intent to injure penalties in the 56th+ minutes are a thing now, I guess. Thanks for starting the trend, Rozsival.

Seriously, the fuck did Byron do? Scores his first NHL goal, the game winner no less, and gets murdered on probably his next shift as a reward.

Fun fact, that was just Radulov's second PP goal of the season. He has 15 at even strength. Thornton has 12 PP and 4 ES.

I activated Byron after advancing and he got hurt. Same thing happened to Salmivirta the other day. So maybe that's EHM's glitch for 2013-14.

Big win for TB after last night. Todd Fedoruk is quite the story. Sitting in Syrcause rotting on a bar stool, then gets the call. Now has two cherries and two apples in 13 GP.

Tuohimaa gets a W, wtf? Savard goes from middle pack to league leader. 2 W, 10-2 GF/GA I need to book more holidays.

Meh, there was a whole lot of scrub scoring in that game. What I need is a conscious goalie.

You realize that Jake Allen is your backup goaltender, right?

You did, but I ignored it because I was pretty sure you just wanted the backup to play.
