STR development drives me crazy. Brett Connolly goes two entire seasons in the NHL with his STR hardly developing at all, and then once the playoffs are over and he's not even PLAYING, all of a sudden it jumps by 6 points in a week.

Stupid EHM. I know I'm going to go through the same thing with Blidstrand and Namestnikov because STR is the only thing holding them back at this point...

Seem to recall reading on fhockey once that strength is age-related as well. So your 18- and 19-year-old will develop much more slowly than after they hit 20 or 22 or something.
