Trading a very solid defensive defenseman in Methot and a solid 3rd line C/LW in Chimera for a one-year puckmover since Zidlicky has no interest in re-signing and wants to test the market.

Honestly, my team isn't going anywhere this year. I didn't want Zidlicky to rot on my blueline. Marek is going to a good team. I get a solid, young defenseman in Methot. I accept.
