Reasoning:
Brad Stuart has been absolutely amazing since coming from Columbus a month ago, and Trent Hunter has been playing very well also on my 3rd line since coming from NY (11pts in 22g, +3), but I think swapping for a puck moving defenseman can only help. Chara, Ranger, Gunnarsson are still there for hammer time and recently acquired Cody McLeod will be promoted to Hunter's spot. Bringing back Whitney to Pittsburgh like Bergevin (my mancrush) brought back back Ryder to MTL.

It's confirm from Anaheim. I wanted some guys who can play on a hit & grind with Kane, Hunter and Stuart will be great addition on that line. Guys like them are not easy to find, teams want to keep them. I'm really happy with those addition.

Clearly, Whitney is the best player in this deal. What allows this deal to be passed is that Trent Hunter has a high CON and is a more complete player than most 80+ HI guys in the file. He's a good skater who isn't inept offensively. There aren't many weaknesses in his game. Brad Stuart is a solid player.

It's a really borderline deal, but it's probably not a wide enough gap to shoot it down.

Fixed this deal and swapped Karsums for Hunter. Sent Karsums to Wilkes-Barre.
