Reasoning: Same price player, but Abdelkader has more of the skillsets I need from an offensive winger than Wheeler does, at this time. The two-way option on his contract helps, especially depending on how some of my AHL guys shake out heading into next season. If it doesn't work out, the contract isn't as long either.
