Bernier shuts down the Bruins desperately seeking to right the ship. Evgeny Artyukhin will be the latest Winnipeg Jet to face the league's suspension system. Toronto's Keith Yandle is the unfortunate victim.

The Islanders pull off the surprise of the night as da Hawks sleepwalk through this contest in Nassau. Keystone clubs Philadelphia and Pittsburgh both earn two points in 4-3 wins. Colorado learns you can't stop the Panthers, you can only hope to contain them. San Jose thumps the Oil, and Phoenix wins once again.

Well, I mean, a (blowout) win is a (blowout) win, but what about the powerplay, dudes?

I guess that's what I get for forgetting its game day and not sending any lines, sorry about that.

Would have had better lines setting if I had known my trade would've been inputted before the sim.
I'll take the 2 points and shut my mouth.
Back to back wins against Nashville is fine with me.

How?

Once again, we can beat the good teams and fall flat on our asses against the weaker teams. I wish I had known the trade would have went through tonight, but such is life. I guess this means some non-playoff team will get their asses handed to them in retaliation down the road.

Aren't trades usually entered before the sim? :|

They probably are, but it wasn't posted until after 930 EST or after the lines would have been due.

It's not a big deal, but I'll remember it for next time.
