Buyout Rule Amendment

If you trade for a player and then release him, you will be charged the buyout as if you signed him to the contract. It's ridiculous to take salary dumps and then release them. If you are willing to make a deal work by taking a salary dump, then you are responsible for it.
So, that means that if you release a player acquired via trade, you are responsible for 75% of the contract above 3M, or 50% from 1.2M-2.9M.
