In light of my announcement about taking options and contract years off of ELCs pre-financial policy...
The 2012-2013 EHEC Salary Cap will be $60,000,000. The floor will be $45,000,000.
This should also open the door for some flexibility with the salary charts and formulas when we discuss EHEC CBA things over the summer.

To get the Youtube tag to work, you just need the 30mMlN8FSFE part in between the [youtube][/youtube]. I think. Not sure from the embed link, but that should work.
