"Parker, why you heff to be so mad? It's just hockey. Just a game you know?" - Ilya Bryzgalov

With a trip to the desert looming, San Jose avoids an early 2-0 deficit. Unfortunately, the same can't be said for the Flames as they'll need both contests at home to even up the series.

Aw man, WTF.

Bryz had a game like this against LA, though, and he bounced back. If he doesn't, there's always Thomas Griess.

Another evenly-played one-goal game. Mason's been excellent in this series. I hope it continues, but I'm sure EHM's due to throw him a 20-save on 26 shots kind of effort here shortly.

Nice to see 3/4 lines put up goals with Jumbo Joe dominating. Now if the defense would just stop letting the overrated prospects unit score we'd be cool.

Steal one in Phoenix pleaaaaaase?

Fun fact: That was the Sharks' first PP goal of the postseason. Took just 7 games. :o

David Backes is first star with one assist?
