All contract extensions will be done at a later date in the season. Just don't want to really announce a timeframe because guys can adjust player training to temporarily lower the OF or DF to get cheaper contracts. I think I'll separate non-playoff teams and playoff teams. So yours will be done before the teams in the playoffs.
Good work on calculating the formula right, though. Good to see you've read that section of the Rulebook.

Cowen: 3.1M (2.85 base + 350k def spec - + 200k SK, -300k SH, PL, ST)
Kadri: 4.375M (4.375 base + 100k SK - 100k PE)
Foligno: 1.1M (base w/ 0% inc)(considered minor league player so no devaluations)
Madden: Arbitration
Kuba: Arbitration
Kelly: Arbitration
Karlsson: 562,500 (considered minor league player so no devaluations)
Schira, Kudelka, Bailey, Hoffman, Cowick, Condra, Snellman, Sandin: in-game
Jeremy Boyce is renamed Jeremy Rotevall (still in CSB rankings b/c undrafted 3 straight years): ELC
Good work on the formula. Strength, endurance, (faceoffs for D), fighting not eligible for bonus/devaluation.

As i didn't ask the TW clause, i guess he couldn't be considered minor league player, right?

Well, in the fastsim, he's +200k for faceoffs, +100k for skating, and then -200k for playmaking and penalty.
So, if you'd like, I can add them, but he'll cost 1.2 instead of 1.1.

Foligno did not like the contract suggestion with a two-way. If he accepts, I'll add it manually.

Ottawa has declined to offer arbitration to Filip Kuba and Chris Kelly. They will be UFAs.

Nick Foligno has signed a $1,100,000 per year, 3 year deal with the Ottawa Senators. Detailed terms of the deal were not announced. (will add two-way)

With Ottawa MIA, I'll figure this all out.
Options on Cowen, Pyett, and Bailey.
Will give Neil the 2M he wants in-game. Not worthy of a raise anyway.
Svedberg:
Current: 1.4M
Raise: 100% (Tyler Myers Rule bracket)
New base: 2.8
Def spec bonus: 350k
SH, PL, ST devaluations -300k
Total: 2.85M
Offered 3 + TO
25% increase to Bass - 2 yr deal @ $718,750
3.25M to Cheechoo for 1 year - slight raise, decent defensive player - team can re-evaluate next season.
1 year at 3.5M for Williams - again, re-evaluate next season.
Letting rest walk since OTT was way over AHL roster max size all season long anyway.
