Paille wasn't getting a whole lot of time on the fourth line, and with no chance of moving him up, decided it was best to move him and get Hecht, who provides some veteran presence and returns to Buffalo.

Confirmed.

Jumped at the chance to get Paille because he's a better fit for third line duty than Hecht is. I hate to lose Hecht's leadership and his balance of offense and defense, but Paille has a higher CON and fits better on a trap/checking line than Hechtor does. We'll manage to work on the Buffalo salary cap concerns prior to his next game.
