Reasoning: I'd rather have other teams' draft picks because I like to believe in my team.

Accepted. I feel like I shook an 8 ball on 2012 draft and it read "better luck next time". PIT will no doubt contend again next year, but adding the 2nd was to much to refuse in hopes of a deeper/stronger 2013 class.
